With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, we manufacture high quality products using precision manufacturing methods using CNC and CAD/CAM technology.
Leather stamps are precision machined on brass parts using CNC and CAD/CAM technology. Applying excessive force to stamps, dropping them to the ground and handling them will damage the products.
1. Vegetable (raw) leather to be applied * It should be and it's surfaces should be wetted.** Applications made on dry surfaces will damage your leather and stamps.
* ( Vegetable - Raw ) It is recommended that the thickness of the leather be at least 2 mm and above.
** According to the Wetted Leather Thickness and Surface Structure, Stamps Must Form a Soft Surface to Form a Pattern Easily (Approximately 1-1.5 mm Wet is Recommended)
2. Wet leather should be placed on a hard surface. (marble etc.) Hard surfaces will help you get clearer results.
3. The stamp should be placed on the leather at a right angle and held tightly so that it does not slip. And they should be hit with a hammer and attention should be paid to the right, left and indentations of the stamps.
(Recommended to use a plastic or wooden hammer)
